Forever

Does forever begin tomorrow?

Should it, can it, and will it, ever?

Letting go of all the sorrows,

day by day we enable lever

to move forward, in one direction,

by creating a brighter path

to detach from the introspection

and believe in the outcome.

Will this path have an even surface

or bring up road bumps as well?

We cannot see it all at the entrance -

only time can show and tell.

Milestones are created in pieces:

chapters, scenes, and emotional arcs.

When you find that something is missing,

there will always be radiant spark

to revive, reignite, and rekindle

dreams, ideas, and all things to come.

Stars above will continue to twinkle,

if we move with this life and beyond.
